heya.

ok so i'm in the school library now with jx. doing nothing remotely related to school work. what's new? i have got to stop slacking if i ever want to scrape through my mid-yrs and promos. i totally dont get maths. and malay, well, i really dont know how to go about answering my sastera qns but my teacher seems to think that i do. that worries me. as for eng lit, with teachers like mine, i can kiss my As goodbye. it doesnt help that nanyang seems to support mediocracy. and it doesnt help that almost everyone in nanyang seems to accept it. was i wrong in chosing to come here? no. i'm loving it here. =)

i think i'm going for bahas. i'm having mixed feelings about it. i mean i'd love to experience it but i dont think i have the confidence for debate. i dunno, there's just something about public speaking that scares the shit out of me. it's weird coz i dont mind acting and dancing on stage. but when it comes to directly speaking to an audience, i freeze. i guess with acting and dancing, i'm lost in a world of my own, my mind is not on the fact that there are people watching me, maybe it is, but only a little. that's one thing i hate about myself, the lack of confidence. it affects my realtionship with certain people, confident people, people who aren't afraid of what others think of them. it's these people i want to learn from. but i havent been able to.

oh well, enough of self pity. really, i've got to stop feeling sorry for myself and actually DO SOMETHING! off to skip PW lecture. =)
